नमस्कार मेरो नाम उदय सिहँ झुकाल हो । म यस विद्यालयको प्रधानाध्यापक पदमा रहि कामकाज गरिरहेको छु । मेरो विद्यालयको नाम श्री पशुपति आधारभूत विद्यालय हो । हाम्रो यस विद्यालयमा ३ जना शिक्षक दरबन्दि र ३ जना बालविकास कोटामा रहेका छन् । विद्यार्थी सङख्या ११० सम्म रहेका छन् । म विद्यालयको पठनपाठन प्रकृयामा सहि तरिकाले भएको नभएको सम्पूर्ण अभिलेख राखी विद्यालय विकासको कामलाई अगाडि बढाइरहेको छु । विद्यालयमा समय समयमा बिद्यार्थी मुल्याङ्कन कार्यक्रम गरि बिद्यार्थीको पठन पाठन प्रकृयामा सुधार गर्ने रणनितिका साथ अघि बढ्ने प्रयासमा छु । म यस बिद्यालयमा आयदेखि सुधार र बिकासका प्रकृया अघि बढिरहेका छन् र विद्यालयमा अभिभावकको निरिक्षण भुमिका कम रहेको र विद्यार्थीले आफ्नो गृहकार्य नगरि आउने समस्या देखिएको छ । इन्र्टरवलको समयमा पनि मैले विद्यालयको कामकाजमा समय विताउने गर्दछु । विद्यार्थीलाई कसरि राम्रो शिक्षा दिने भन्ने विषयमा खोजिनिती गरि त्यो. नियम विद्यालयमा लागु गरेको छु । अन्त्यमा म के भन्न चाहान्छु भने आजका साना बालबालिका भोलिका कर्णधार बन्ने छन्
Namaste, my name is Uday Singh Jhukal. I am currently serving as the Headteacher of this school, Shree Pashupati Basic School.
Our school operates with a team of 3 sanctioned teacher posts and 3 Early Childhood Development (ECD) facilitators, catering to a total student strength of around 110 children. I oversee and maintain complete records to ensure that the teaching-learning process is being executed properly, while driving forward the overall development of the school.
To enhance the learning standard, I regularly conduct student assessment programs and implement strategies aimed at continuous academic improvement. Since taking on this role, various improvement and development initiatives have been set in motion. However, we still face challenges, such as limited parental monitoring and students occasionally coming to school without completing their homework.
Even during break times, I remain dedicated to managing school administrative and academic duties. I continuously research effective educational approaches to implement policies that offer the best possible education for our students. In conclusion, I firmly believe that today's young children are the future leaders of tomorrow.
